1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the SNS Marketplace platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Rental Agreement
Each rental booking constitutes a separate agreement between you (the renter) and the vehicle vendor listed on the platform. SNS Marketplace acts as an intermediary and is not a party to the rental agreement itself.
3. Booking & Payment
All bookings require a deposit or full payment at the time of reservation. Payments are processed securely through Paystack. Prices are displayed in GH₵ (Ghana Cedis) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies vary by vendor. Free cancellation is generally available up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to fees as determined by the vendor's policy.
5. Vehicle Condition
Renters are expected to return vehicles in the same condition as received, accounting for normal wear and tear. Any damage to the vehicle during the rental period is the responsibility of the renter and may result in additional charges.
6. Driver Requirements
All drivers must possess a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years of age. International renters may need to provide an International Driving Permit (IDP) in addition to their national license.
7. Limitation of Liability
SNS Marketplace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or any rental agreement. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
